A characterful base for sightseeing in York. Amanda made everything for all of us. Had bright room to ourselves, towels were fluffy. The location was brilliant, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from botanic gardens.

The property had a brilliant view and absolutely gorgeous rooms. Really friendly staff, amazing communication. Service was FANTASTIC as was the easy check-out experience. Had modern lighting. There was a nice bathroom. I was so close to - the town centre and the city walls thanks to its best possible location. .
